Large off-grid system to charge EVs in NEOM City in Saudi Arabia 

8x 40′ containers with >15MWh of storage and >5MW of converter power that is used to store PV-energy. This energy is used to charge public transport and private vehicles. Installed in the city of Neom, a new city that is constructed in western Saudi Arabië.

By being able to switch charging stations on and off, a parking space can be allocated to both normal and electric cars. This considerably reduces the parking pressure on this square because an ICE car can be parked everywhere.
